Liberation-focused individual and relational support for expanding authenticity and pleasure
What becomes possible when pleasure is centered?
You know intellectually that something needs to change, but you still feel stuck. You want to live a life led by joy, pleasure, and connection, but you feel disempowered. You value community, but you feel isolated. These contradictions are uncomfortable, but they are also deeply human.
Fragmentation is often a protector against experiences that threaten our sense of safety and belonging, such as surviving abuse, being heartbroken, and living in a culture driven by injustice, exploitation, and queerphobia.
In the face of this fragmentation and systemic oppression, pleasure can seem frivolous. But, could pleasure be the bodymind’s way of orienting us to healing? Could it be that pleasure is a guide toward abundance, happiness, and connection? What becomes possible when pleasure is centered?
